Stress Management for Professionals
If you are a professional that is feeling overwhelmed, this is the group fro you.
You are respected at work. You contribute so much to your company and have a great reputation. You spend long hours in the office and do what you can to keep your family happy as well. In the eyes of others, you are a success! But , you are stressed. You might feel guilty talking about how overwhelmed you are, or think that you can figure it out on your own but little to nothing has changed.
This a psychotherapy process group that’s intended to provide a safe and supportive space you need to work through the struggles of stress with other professionals and executives who understand your struggle as well.
We will help you identify the root of your stress and how to cope with them. We will work on identifying new goals and plans to help alleviate stress and will look at how you are practicing self care. We will not be meeting to provide you with quick fix tricks that aren’t effective. At Makin Wellness, we will work together to help you dive into the hard stuff and provide you with a new vantage point.

We know that it is more than just trying to feel better, or getting your mind focused on something else.
