Samone Ralston, Professional Counselor
Most people are living in public yet struggling in private. Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, Trauma, etc., can keep us stuck in our own heads and make it difficult to reach our full potential. Change is necessary, but can be intimidating and overwhelming. So we often continue doing what we’ve always done. Unfortunately this does not promote growth.
I can help you. My goal for our time in counseling is to help you become your own catalyst for change. I utilize evidence based counseling practices that are based on your individual circumstance.
Office location and hours are currently downtown Pittsburgh each Thursday
